ASSIGNMENT

Novartis is a global healthcare company that prizes innovation. For them, reimagining medicine is about transforming patient care as well as how they operate as a company.  To address the massive demand for healthcare in the coming decade, the company formed a new business services division to accelerate business efficiency and agility through a shared services approach built on the ServiceNow platform.

SOLUTION

We worked with ServiceNow’s content experts to draft the narrative outline for the video, then traveled to Novatis headquarters in Basil, Switzerland for the shoot. We created the video through interviews with leaders in the IT and HR organization, and then shot b-roll in the company’s labs and research facility to help bring this story of business transformation to life.

We also created customer stories for GE, Accenture and Magellan Health.
